Integix is a cloud-based, multi user reporting solution offering issuers a collaborative environment for highly automated tagging for XBRL and iXBRL mandates. The platform utilizes four US patents to bring a unique solution to address the various complexities associated with the filings process. The automation has helped our clients see tangible benefits like time and cost savings through quick turnarounds, lesser manual intervention and a stress free filing process.
The combined offering addresses reporting requirements from multiple regulatory mandates including the US SEC, ESMA ESEF, UK HMRC, UKSEF and others.
The current integration allows seamless flow between the report creation in Narrative Reporting (NR) and the tagging process in Integix. The users also have the ability to review the tagging in a collaborative environment along with the extensive reports which are extremely valuable throughout the reporting process.
In addition to the current integration, a tighter integration from NR to EZ is on the roadmap over the next few months.

- Full Service : Clients can generate the report in NR and lean on the EZ team of experts, with over ten years of expertise in XBRl/iXBRL and accounting standards like IFRS and US GAAP, to handle the tagging, validations and filing process.
- Hybrid : Clients can handle certain aspects within their organization and lean on the EZ team for various others like review of tagging, updates to tags or other inputs throughout the filing process.
