  • Analyze and tag financial statements and disclosures using jurisdiction-specific taxonomies (e.g., US GAAP for SEC, ESEF/IFRS for ESMA, UK GAAP for HMRC)
  • Maintain up-to-date expertise in XBRL taxonomies, regulatory changes, and compliance requirements for multiple jurisdictions, including SEC (USA), ESMA (EU), and HMRC (UK)
  • Prepare, review, and validate XBRL files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance, leveraging various XBRL validation tools such as Arelle, as well as other industry-standard platforms
  • Troubleshoot XBRL tagging and validation errors, including resolving SEC validation errors and ensuring successful submission to regulatory portals
  • Create and manage customized extension tags when standard taxonomy elements are insufficient, ensuring proper mapping and documentation
