Antonio Piraino

IT Industry expert Antonio Piraino has joined Ez-XBRL’s Board of Advisors. He has 17 years of IT experience in sectors ranging from telecommunications to software development. A noted thought leader in cloud computing, Antonio is curreadvisors_text_blockntly CTO of ScienceLogic, a leading cloud operations management solutions provider. Antonio is a regular speaker at Managed hosting, virtualization and Cloud Computing conferences, and frequently writes for publications such as Forbes and Virtual-Strategy Magazine.

Prior to joining ScienceLogic, Antonio was with Tier1 Research (a division of The 451 Group) leading Datacenter, hosting and cloud computing research. Earlier, Antonio spent a decade in the Telecommunications, CDN and software development areas as Director of IP & Data services for China Telecom, Telecom Italia and Teleglobe’s e-Business division.

Antonio has a BSc. from the University of Natal, and holds an International MBA from Georgetown University.

Joshua Izenberg

Josh Izenberg has joined Ez-XBRL’s Board of Advisors. Josh has more than 16 years of corporate legal experience, including six years at the world’s largest international law firm and ten years advising boards of directors and senior management as a senior in-house attorney at startup, mid-market and Fortune 500 companies. Josh also has experience as an entrepreneur, having co-founded the successful HTML5 development shop Modus Create, and is a member of the Board of Advisors of TKOUT.com, an online carryout and distribution network.

Josh received an MBA with honors from Georgetown University, an L.LB. from the University of Toronto, and a B.Sc. in Computer Science with Great Distinction from McGill University.
