Ez-XBRL Solutions utilizes a comprehensive suite of tools and processes to mark exceptions within XBRL documents without compromising the XBRL data integrity. Our toolset allows our team to compare content within tagged XBRL document instances with the source documents. This unique "roundtripping" feature supports validation with multiple source document formats include PDF, Word, Excel and HTML. All this is in addition to a series of Business logic and Calculation checks built in within tools such as Ez-XBRL that ensure XBRL filings are not just semantically valid but also adhere to guidelines laid down by the SEC.
