Ez-XBRL's Client Portal is a secure, 128-bit SSL-encrypted area where our customers can interact with our servicing and support teams. Corporate filers, Mutual Fund filers and Service Provider Partners will be able to leverage the powerful features of the portal to interact and collaborate with our teams. This is a password protected site and all client information is strictly confidential and placed in highly secure environment. Key features of the portal include:

2. Document Check-in / Check-out
3. Workflow System
4. Announcements and Alerts
5. List of contact names and info

The portal will provides clients information on their projects such as status updates, updated documents and a repository of source documents as well as XBRL instance documents.

Ez-XBRL Solutions will utilize its well-defined delivery process to service its customers. The process steps are outlined below along with a brief description of the steps.

1. Customer will create and upload Financials (in either HTML, Word, Excel, or PDF formats) to the portal
2. Deliver the Preliminary Mapping report to communicate with Customer for review.
3. Incorporate changes and recommendations to the Preliminary Mapping as requested by Customer and generate a XBRL instance for preview in the portals Previewer
4. Final XBRL instance documents fully validated by Ez-XBRL are generated, packaged and uploaded to the portal
5. Deliver XBRL files to customer
